# NPCs all seem to have perfect nightvision and are immune to flashbangs

I’m trying to complete the bandit bounty mission but one of the problems I notice i’m running into the face that all the NPCs have perfect night vision, yet even with my enhanced augmentations I can’t even target them in the dark. Trying to flashbang them to even the odds and close the distance doesn’t work either, nor does using the electromagnet CBM to steal their guns.  
I only barely have power to keep my cloaking unit on to close the gap

That’s gotta be a bug, flashbangs work against turrets and robots.

i’ve tested it on ants and it seems to blind them too
