It makes you invulnerable to almost every common non-directional harm: acid, diseases, radiation (heals you), parasites, poison, wet (it even makes you happier), shocking from flashbang, being boomered, stunning (not really sure about this one, need to check) - only lesser beings suffer from this. Slimes are immune to all that stuff.

Parasites, disease and flashbangs aren’t really common. Pretty sure it won’t protect you from stunning, but stunning is rare (only NPCs inflict it).
