So, we all know that you can extend your supplies by cooking them into something just before or after they have gone rotten, and that’s an exploit. But just now I found that my apple cider had spoiled. We also know that generating berries by picking their bushes will give you fresh berries. So, I walk out into the forest and get some apples (by us’e’ ing apple trees as I have saved them specifically for this purpose) and find a rock to press them

The product? Plastic bottle of apple cider (1) (Rotten)

Fuck.

Try drinking it anyway. I think the bug is only with the display - the spoilage for the item should technically be “fresh”. I did some testing of my own, and added this as an [issue on Github](https://github.com/TheDarklingWolf/Cataclysm-DDA/issues/491).
