Is it possibble to look up, and get a sense of a building’s shape from the outside? I remember being able to do that at some point, but can no longer do it. I think that I would use the look around (x) button, and just use the go up/do down keys (\<, \>)to change z-level, but that no longer works. Is there a different way to do it?

You need to turn experimental 3D field of vision on to do that now.
