i had it in different versions of the game, can’t quite figure out what triggers it. Last time it was when picking a ear plug from a tank, immediately after selecting 1 out of 2 from the tank door and unequipping the noise canceling gear i had on.

Edit : So it happens when i get close to a Military Base, this time it was no tank, no headgear, simple getting close to the base triggered the error.

Does it still happen in the newest version?
There were at least 2 potential fixes merged for it.
