# Interesting mapgen - lava in cemetery

Lava crawling through the cemetery, a book of tall tales, a willow, and a gravestone splattered with boiled squirrel blood, was what Dastot Tri-Lakes saw in this rainy autumn morning.

On the upper-left, there is a patch of land devoid of grass, with 5 piles of heavy sticks, and one withered plant. What is this?

Yeah. If that radioactive patch spawned in a road, it’ll be dirt tiles around the road with rebar lying around.

Come to think of it, it’s been a very long while since I encountered those spots of land which will randomly teleport you in the area around it. Not the shimmering portal; the ones that look like a patch of dirt yet somehow casts a shadow as if it was a wall/boulder.

Fair enough. These things are rare as heck. And even if you did find one it might be hard to recognize it if it is inside an empty field or something like that.
