As someone new to OpenSUSE (and Linux generally) I went through a few pains to get Cataclysm running on a fresh OpenSUSE install. With the help of Narc0tiq from the IRC channel we managed to get it working.

1. If you’re getting an error about liblua5.1 shared libraries try:

```auto
```

You may have to install the 32bit version of liblua5.1 (which can be found in YAST).

1. After the link is in place you’ll have to grab and install SDL\_ttf-2.0 and SDL\_image-1.2, in i386 format (also in YAST).

These two steps got CDDA running in OpenSUSE. Hopefully it helps someone.
