Infinite leveling in electronics from crafting. bug?

When crafting Power Storage Mk. II CBM’s (skill in electronics required = 12), it seems that i can infinitely level mt electronics with it.
I have now lvl 15 electronics, and still going up.

seem like a bug, since all other recipes i have tried only leveled me up to +1 lvl more than their difficulty.

It’s possibly because there’s no recipes that require a higher level, so you can just keep going.

IIRC the cap is recipe level plus a percentage, (20, 25?) So you can craft up to well 15 or so.

The cap’s supposed to be the point where you’ve no chance of failing to make the craft, so higher-level recipes (which are easier to fail) have higher caps.
