# How to befriend grocery robot?

I encountered one and saved it from a group of zombies. I (e)xamined it and it says “Sadly you are currently not able to extend your friendship”. How do I befriend it?

I’d also love to know if there’s a way to do this. I chased one into a bathroom and locked him in, and come back every week or so to see if he’s willing to be my friend. Still no dice after a month.
I wonder if it has to do with the NPC corpse in the same bathroom.

Have you tried bribing it? I hear even grocery bots have a hard time turning down some $$$.

kill a survivor zombie to get credit card, 'E’xamine the grocery bot, rmbr it will follow u around, just like cat or horse, but will retreat/stay in place if it sees hostile, i would reccomend taking it back to ur base and killing it and then butchering it for parts and the grocery bot recipe, or u can kill it nearby and drag to ur base
