# How do you use RDX, HMTD and thermite?

I’ve made all three of these and I cannot for the life of me figure out how to use them, and google/forum searches turn up nothing.

You use them in recipes to make explosives.

Right now they aren’t really that useful, so I’m hoping for it to be more fleshed out.

Thanks for the reply, are the recipes for these in labs or what? I have most of the books and I don’t have one that uses these.

Thermite can be crafted into Incendiary home-made rockets, the recipe is learned from "Jane’s Mortars and Rocket Launchers"  
RDX can be crafted into RDX charges and RDX sand bombs, both learned from “Jane’s Mortars and Rocket Launchers” with the latter also learned from "AAA guide 2040"  
HMTD is a requirement in the RDX charge recipe.

I think they can also be learned naturally with enough levels in chemistry as well.
