# How do you can cancel trying to sleep?

is there any way to cancel trying to sleep? I nearly died in the mine trying to sleep off the lava burns but I couldn’t escape from “tossing and turning”

Press the period key as if waiting one step, or possibly the sleep key again. For some reason I remember the muscle action but not the actual button 100%

Both works, the keys that are binded to the “wait” command by default are “5” and “.”, but it just works when trying to sleep, if the PC is already sleeping you have to wait for it to wake up
