# Heal deafness with consol?

Hey guys!  
is there any way to remove deafness?  
Lets say… i played with a mini nuke and got to close to it… yeah… ermm…  
Long story short i am deaf since a year and it sucks… all the dead npcs because i cant hear them.

Had that before, and didn’t find anything on console either. You best bet is to find that enhanced hearing CBM I guess.

There is no console command for that I believe, but you can edit your character if you go to the directory where your world is and find the file for your character there.

Topic is old, but if any of you wanna cheat so you don’t spend months of in-game time without the ability to interact with NPCs, if you find your char’s .SAV file in (CDDA folder)\>Save\>(World Name) and open it up in any text editor, you can alter the duration of your deafness. For immediate results, set it to 1, save the text, load your game, and move over a space.
