One city, 3 gun-stores, all three had “factory” section. I thought those are supposed to be very rare.

The generating rate seems about normal an approx of 1 special gun store per 10 normal ones. Judging by the 100 weight of that gun store that’s probably how its supposed to go.

I’m seeing them about one in ten or so. Feels like it’s working right. You were just smiled on by the RNG gods.
