How to build lamps, solar panels, cables in walls? Game version 0.F-3. I try to do according to the [instructions](http://cddawiki.chezzo.com/cdda_wiki/index.php/Grid), but there is nothing about electricity in the construction menu. What am I doing wrong?

The grid wiki referred to are in experimental and not 0.F-3
