# Fullscreening

hey guys i just downloaded cataclysm and cant fullscreen it is there a way to do it or am I stuck in min screen

All you can do is increase the window size. I also recommend square fonts.

If you’re on windows, adjust the viewport size in the options menu. If on linux, resize your terminal to the size you want before running the game.

Many people don’t know you can do this little trick. If you’re using Windows:
1. Create a shortcut to cataclysm.exe
2. Right click the shortcut and select Properties
3. Set Run to Maximized and click OK
(The game window will, now, open nearly full screen even covering the task bar.)
4. Adjust Viewport settings in-game to fill your screen
