# Follower NPC not following orders

I have a NPC follower with either order ‘guard’ or with order ‘follow’ with additional orders: don’t engage enemy, stay close to me no matter what which persists in moving away in a given direction. If I don’t follower her, she will move some 50 tiles away from me.  
I have kept the save if interested.
