# Experimental builds not working?

I have tried to use many of the latest experimental graphics builds available from the download page, which only go back as far as June 3, none of them work properly for me. When I run the game I see this:

The appearance changes when I drag windows over or around it, not really sure how to describe it. Is anyone else having this problem, is there a fix?
I am using a Dell Inspiron e1505 laptop, I can give more exact specs if they are relevant to the problem.

Open config/options.txt, find the entry:
SOFTWARE\_RENDERING false
and change it to:
SOFTWARE\_RENDERING true
That’s just a guess though.

Thank you so much! I was about to give up and just deal with having to use tiles from now on.
