It just occured to me that post-cataclysm society would pretty much end up like as the “United Deathmobiles of New England”. It would clearly be a Feudal Society, run by lords who drive around in fucking huge Deathmobiles, Land Crawlers, Baneblades, and other such stuff. All of the lesser non-god survivors just serve them in exchange for protection/a chance to ride shotgun.
Naturally wars would probably just be started purely because two deathmobiles meet on the same road, and an arguement starts about who has the right of way. Entire towns get leveled in said arguement.
Like for example. My Baneblade occupies an ENTIRE map tile. I quite literally have to burn down forests with flamethrowers just to get wherever I want to go. If someone else in a deathmobile gets in my way, I would have to demand that either they turn around and go somewhere else, or I start shooting them with my 11 tank cannons.[/quote]

Honestly, if I’m sleeping inside my Baneblade, I’m just going to set the turrets to shoot anyone that gets too close. There’s a lot more than 11 barrels, surely. I’d love to see a Deathmobile that actually could go toe-to-toe with the Baneblade.
