And probably can’t get any sleep due to the unholy amount of comrades killed.
And wouldn’t get any sleep anyways because he’s seen some Lovecraftian s***.
Plus he’s a wolfman mutant… So yeah.

I wonder if he has dog-dreams.

My survivor has probably bought a parking lot big enough for him to have parked his house which is a modified self propelled howitzer. The issue is that if everything is “normal” as in the original US government has been reestablished in the area then I don’t know if whether he would get to keep it or not and if he does get to keep it the main guns are probably going to get disabled. (It’s not illegal to own a tank) Plus for owning a parking lot it probably means he can rent it to businesses including grocery stores so he doesn’t need to waste gas buying food and going to work as he gets income renting space and whatnot. He would probably do the same thing if it was a new government founded by survivors minus the disabling main cannon thing, depending on laws of course.

I would probably go on a 1-man war with the new government if they tried to take my BANEBLADE from me… And win, because I don’t think said new government could stand against someone with a Baneblade.

The government can’t take my underground fort. Probably. I mean, if they can muster up a force large enough to kill my survivor, they’ll have to deal with a smoking wreck that’ll be the fort should my survivor fall. Mininukes and RDX charges will make sure that the contents of the fort will follow it’s owner to the afterlife.

As long as you pay tribuite, they can slowly integrate you into their society over generations until you are more like a state or the property thereof.

United States isnt really ‘a confederation of independent states’ anymore, enh?

Also inb4 nobody bombed Africa or SA so they became the new world powers, and Austrailia actually got better because of the nukes.

You think 'murrica would be the only country experimenting in the Ruinous Powers? Though if the blasts were an attempt to control a critical breach (unless it was CAUSED by the dimensional breaches, not sure what canon says now), the other countries engaged in !!SCIENCE!! might be more or less fucked just as hard.

It just occured to me that post-cataclysm society would pretty much end up like as the “United Deathmobiles of New England”. It would clearly be a Feudal Society, run by lords who drive around in fucking huge Deathmobiles, Land Crawlers, Baneblades, and other such stuff. All of the lesser non-god survivors just serve them in exchange for protection/a chance to ride shotgun.

Naturally wars would probably just be started purely because two deathmobiles meet on the same road, and an arguement starts about who has the right of way. Entire towns get leveled in said arguement.

Like for example. My Baneblade occupies an ENTIRE map tile. I quite literally have to burn down forests with flamethrowers just to get wherever I want to go. If someone else in a deathmobile gets in my way, I would have to demand that either they turn around and go somewhere else, or I start shooting them with my 11 tank cannons.
