# Ear protection

Nothing like deafness to make gunfights feel real. You could loot em in gun shops.

Already exist. A little overly rare, but “shooter’s earmuffs” or something take power and make you able to hear but immune to having your hearing damaged by loud sounds.

Ear plugs, of course, are also fairly common, and “noise cancelling headgear” can be made easily.
