# Drilling through solid rock leaves me with only 3kg/1L of material?

Given that my player is 1.9m tall and can move into the newly created spot, I’d expect at least 2x0.5x0.5 = 500L of material, mostly in rocks.

most of its turned into unusable dust in the drilling process or is unusable sandstone  
i’m no geologist but I don’t know what height has to do with it either

Umm, you don’t have to be a geologist to understand that 1.9m is one of the dimensions you’ll use to calculate the volume of displaced material, which is exactly what OP did…
