Oh, it is a man with a mask, with a forced jacket and looking up. Supposedly, the viewer is in the ceiling. then there is light in the floor, supposedly from a mid-open door.

…You’ve certainly got more go than me when it comes to trying out new things. XD I’ve thrown away four or five started drawings now because I didn’t like how they were going. You managed to make something pretty awesome. My only complaint is it’s a hugeass image but that’s not exactly something worth complaining about so all in all pretty nice work

That can be a hard pose to get right, considering how much anatomy is hidden underneath other anatomy, so bravo!

…good god I could kiss you I’ve been trying to do perspective crap for weeks now and never realized that I was having a hard time because it hadn’t occurred to me that the angle of the anatomy of the would change… I’m gonna go draw now XD THANKS FOR THE UNKNOWN HELP.

I think the word you’re looking for is posing X) GO DRAW! Excited people are my favourite, have fun 😃
And hey, splatter is hard as hell to get right, and something I love to spend a lot of time on when I bother. There’s something to be said for good use of space in a picture’s composition, and using textures well to highlight that. Even if you didn’t craft the textures in question, the execution of them is nice. 🙂

Coupla quickies. I wish I had more time to draw these days, maybe I’ll do these properly someday…
My first character after I figured out how to survive more than two days. She was careful and cautious and didn’t do anything stupid. You can see her here modeling the Pointy Stick and some bandages. She died bravely fighting an instadeath glitch.
My current character, Alice, who enjoys dropping acid, judo-flipping bears, pyromania, nuclear weapons, romance novels, and pretty clothes. She has survived for over a hundred days and is in fine shape; and although I am all out of LSD and running low on nukes, at least there seems to be no shortage of bears.
If I ever finish this, those things on her back are going to be bird wings. Mutagens are fun.

Heh. I’ve been letting my characters be chosen randomly, so sometimes I end up being a chick. I kind of wish you could choose more in-depth stuff like character height, weight, and even features, so I could model my characters after characters from anime.

I generally mentally play out height/weight/features, and back them up with strength, dex, and traits that might accompany 'em. hehe. I ought to bring out some of my girl characters and make templates for them, I’ve been bad about that.
Also I am jealous of the shoulders/torso/hips going on in your first pic Aluminum - TORSOS ARE DIFFICULT TO MAKE ‘SIT’ NATURALLY. Subtle details brings out the form nicely and suggests movement, something I find incredibly challenging when clothing obscures most anatomy when drawing either sex.
