Multilayered-Carbon Fiber Muscle Enhancement:
Your muscles have been replaced with a complicated network of carbon-nanofiber sheets, layered countless-times against each other, each layer is often equalized to containing the strength of an average human being. Drawing its power directly, and constantly, from your bionic reserves, these sheets amplify your strength in relation to your current bionic power. If one can maintain their energy levels, they can wield immense strength—but at the cost of detrimental effects if they run out of their reserves.
[so, flavor text aside, pretty much, if you can maintain more than 50% of your biotic power, you gain a static strength buff that decreases as your biotic power reaches lower levels, if it falls to 20% or below, you actually start to gain strength negative-procs instead. The amount of strength you get is equivalent to the amount of energy you have.]
Integrated Plasma Blade
Utilizing a deployable magnetic field built into the frame-work of the cyborg’s arm, they can yield a high-energy, stabilized plasma blade reaching temperatures 6000K, it takes immense energy to yield for even the smallest amount of time and without other CBM’s may cause the users body to overheat with extended use.
[So, flavor text aside, this shit would hit _hard_ and probably decimate whatever it hits as long it isn’t resistant to this kinds of stuff, so to balance it I made it have a very high power draw, _at least_ 25p per turn and without thermal dissipation cbm or another cbm that has an effect like it, will cause the user to begin overheating.]

its really fun being Military recruit who survives the cataclysm, meeting these characters on the road at different times and helping each other.
but then i realize im the only human in the cataclysm while others have CBM/mutation advantage…

Someone with CBMs is still human, unless you want to make the arguement that someone with a pacemaker stops being human.

No amount of bionics currently in the game completely replace all human flesh, as long as the bionics are attached to human flesh and there is still a human intellect/will driving that flesh then it is an augmented _human_.
