# Code::Blocks Tooltips

Is there a way to turn off these infuriating mouse-over tooltips? Just when I start liking Code::Blocks, I realize these damn things are basically popping up covering what I’m trying to type 90% of the time. Actually, I don’t think they’re mouse-over tooltips, they’re the boxes that pop up while you’re typing in a function call, so you can’t even see the arguments you’re trying to type because it’s covered by a huge wall of text.

It’s easy enough to disable them, Check in options.  
I can’t say that they are that annoying, It vanishes as soon as you type your next character, so it is not particularly intrusive.
