Purist - Use no mutagens or bionics your entire life.  
Rennaissance man - you cannot put any points into or take out of skills.  
Stump - you cannot take or place any points into stats.  
Permanent Escort Mission - Spawn an NPC and make sure he/she lives as long as you do.

Cripple - Spawn a bear trap to take off one of your legs. Proceed to survive. Delete the bear trap from existence.  
Dark Ages - No technology, cars, electronics or anything more modern that Renaissance period (if in doubt don’t use it)  
Dark Ages (harder) - Same as Dark Ages, but spawn in a broadsword (or other similar melee) and if there is a suit of armor wear that.  
Recovering Addict - Use no drugs. First aid and bandages and aspirin are OK, aspirin is not allowed for a harder challenge.  
Pyro - After leaving a building for the first time (also the last) burn it. You can have a base of operations on easier difficulties.  
Pyromaniac - After leaving a building burn it. You can not have a base of operations, unless it is an inflammable car.  
Fashion-ista - Only wear one piece of clothing on any body part (no stacking). Having different parts singly layered is OK. Duel covering objects (blankets and others) are OK, as long as they are the only thing on that part of the body.  
Devout - Survive in a church or cathedral. Must wait for between 30-60 minutes a day at one of the benches.  
Pacifist - Never kill anything, Z’s included. Most town runs will become grab-runs, and you will survive in the wilderness.  
Purifier - Kill every non-natural beast. These include all moving things except: NPCs, rabbits, squirrels, fox, wolves, deer, cougars, mousse (Or whatever plural of moose is), cats, dogs.  
Desert Punk - Wield a Winchester, always drink water (nothing else), kill all male NPCs and try to befriend all female NPCs.  
Politician - Wander the world learning speech and barter. Befriend as many NPCs as possible, and try to keep then alive. If somebody disagrees with you promptly give them a few bullets, preferably in the head.

Masochist - Find out the max amount of pain you can get and survive (Drugs and medkits can be used).  
Swamp ass - Build a house or shelter in a swamp and see how long you can survive.  
Desperate mother - Find a mutated feetus and keep it in your inventory at all times.  
Military outpost guy - Find and take over a military outpost using dynamic spawn , then build flashlights all around the place.

when we get achievements these would be good to have. you can even add them as special traits to keep you from accidently breaking rules. so you dont have to keep as close of a track of it.

I like

Vegan: no meat products at all. I like this as a trait. I added it to my ‘yoga instructor’ profession idea (it is a joke)  
Liberal: cannot bring yourself to kill zombie children for any reason. only way to off is with traps or hit with car. no shooting or attacking  
Animal Rights Activist: can only attack animals that are ‘following’ or attack you first. so no killing cute bunny rabbits  
Right Wing Wacko (so we are fair and balanced and mock everyone): Any NPC who wont trade with you is a communist and must die.

Butcher all corpses. Then gather all them meat and stuff it in a house. Only when the max limit on each tile in every room in the house is filled, thenyou can burn it down.

Many items have either had their max limits removed, or put up so high that you will never be able to fill a single tile, let alone an entire house.

Do you propose just the usual 64 items per tile instead?

Edit: Also a challange that I’ve been attempting lately is trying to just live in the subway system/sewers/caverns with what you came into them with and nothing more. Also, no cooking meat once it’s rotten.

To my knowledge, there’s actually a volume restriction per tile.It’s 1k, if I’m understanding it right. Still, though, that’s 100,000 tainted meat alone for a simple 10x10 room.

You may not use any firearm that holds more than 10 rounds in a magazine, may not use any magazine size mods, and may not use any “military-style assault weapons” (i.e. no SMGs or assault rifles, no Saiga-12).

I like the Bath Salts Challenge.  
So, the Love Eilene Challenge states:  
Arbitrary start - push the start points in skills and character points, skip fancy bionics and similar buffs, professions also. This will be a Static Spawn dare.  
You have an optional few hours to locate a vehicle and fill it up on a gas station if you find one. Head back to nearest town to your spawn point/shelter.  
You have 'till 8 am the next day to wipe it clean of the undead, without burning any of the infrastructure in progress; take screens as you progress. Keep the rubble minimal.  
On the nearest outskirts draw “Love Eilene” in flames, preferrably with molotovs, but wood fuel would suffice. Take screen, post it on the forums.

Mutant: You must drink any and all mutagens you find, but you can still drink purifier.  
Mutant-X: You must drink any and all mutagens you find, but there’s no turning back now.

The Hunter: You must actively search for any supernatural and eldritich creatures to kill, excluding zombies, grab their body if possible and take them outside of their den, draw a rune with a few words you find appropriate to the situation and the enemy killed and light their bodies. And if possible, destroy, burn or block the entrance to their den.

The Street Fighter: Choose any martial arts and only attack your enemies without using any weapon but your fists/legs/feet/whatever your chosen martial style uses.

The Apprentice: Your quest is to learn all the martial styles that there is, turn on NPCs and go find masters to teach you their ways.

This thread is more about gameplay styles than challenges.

Post apocalyptic survivor - edit the raws to have realistic wildlife spawns. Enjoy death.

The dwarf - find a cave or basement and use jacqueshammer to create dwarf-like apartments , a dining hall , booze stockpile and a crafting workshop.

The highlander - level up your speech to the level of a warlord , recruit any NPC you see , equip them with the best medieval weapons you can get and reclaim the lost cities with your army.
