i usually just Play Now and periodically delete worlds, i have the most fun that way… shity chars i have learned to have fun demonizing and trying to live longer just to torture them more

The most fun way to play is addled with some kind of drug. Start as a hobo, crackhead or whatever and never go cold turkey. Embrace your addiction.
I like to play a hobo with highish strength and Drunken Master. My last hobo had a strict hobo conduct - he would rely mostly on melee and be rubbish with a gun if he tried to use one, use only hobo-appropriate clothes and weapons, etc. No tacticool stuff, no bionics. Nail board, pipe, chunk of rebar or something similarly makeshift for a weapon. Hobo drunken masters are surprisingly strong, but taking enough drugs to offset the massive accumulation of depressant penalty from the hooch is difficult.
Edit: you’ll want addictive personality, as well.

Super-hardcore challenge.
Just don’t attack any. You can use crowbars to open doors and windows, you must disassemble furniture only through \*, and, of course, you MUST NOT damage foes directly. Only traps and, i assume, fire, teleport. And NOTHING ELSE. No firearms, no melee, no explosives.
In order to make it even harder - make your character frail and having 4 str.

So I started in an evac shelter.
With nothing but a book on how to serve man, there was nothing in the basement. So I decided to head for town, there was to many child zombies and all I had was a rock. So I left and went into the wilderness again throwing rocks at small animals. Then suddenly a moose comes right the fuck out of nowhere and impales me, I died. That challenge was very short.
