One moment, I’ll channel my inner StarTrek writer…
CBM: Quantum Anchor
In exchange for absurd amounts of power, you temporarily exist within a fixed bubble of space within the universe, lending the entirety of it’s mass to you to allow you to survive any impact. However, you are incapable of movement, in any way for the duration of the protection.
CBM: Phase Shift
A variation on the teleportation bionic; you temporarily dip into subspace, shifting just enough out of phase with reality to avoid harm from any object. However, you may not move while this power-hungry bionic is active.
CBM: Dome Shield
At massive cost to power, emitters in your palms, shoulders, and back generate a x tile sized shield which blocks all incoming damage of any type. However, while this bionic is active you may not move, or wield any weapons. Significant amounts of damage risk collapsing the shield. (Alternate downside, blind to the outside world on top of those other things.)
CBM: Repulsor Pulse
At massive cost to power, emitters in your palms, shoulders, and back generate a pulse of energy that knocks back all objects. Distance of knockback varies by size and weight of the object. Bullets, fireballs, even bursts of energy are knocked to the ground or otherwise dissipated by this pulse of bionic fury.

On an unrelated note:
CBM: EAMS System
This Electronic Anti-Missile System, installed into your shoulder, drains a small amount of energy in an attempt to shoot down or dissipate incoming projectiles. While active the bionic drains a small amount of power to monitor the are around you for incoming projectiles, during the firing sequence it drains one additional power per shot fired.[/quote]
Phase Shift might actually work: we’ve already got shifting out/phase to move through walls.
