Expansion mod for Cataclysm: Dark Days Ahead

*WARNING*!!!: This mod requires the experimental builds for it to work.

This is the gigantic jabberwock of a mod that adds a lot of content to the game. It adds new items, buildings, scenarios, monsters, etc. It also reworks and adds alternatives to many things from recipes to scenarios. It also adds a pseudo-story and lore on the works.

The **Bio-Weapon**, **Super Soldier**, **Commandeer**, **Slave Fighters** and the **Old World Prepper** NPC factions join the world.

Seek the Bio-weapons, find loot, take down news monsters and invest in skills for new craftable items.

Shady_Mcshade is helpful but his edit may show up as a different looking “aggressive” " and the game may refuse to load

use notepad, open it in it and use the “search” then replace with normal " like in the picture.

edit: copy paste them in it from the notepad document the “aggressive” " and input th normal " yourself in the Replace with

It’s been quite a while since I made an update… I have just lost interest in the forums for quite a while… Probably won’t come back anytime soon… Anyways, this mod is still being updated, just made an update in the OP. All download links but this one are no longer valid. Check the github for updates there or the cdda unofficial discord where I am still around. Feel free to leave a comment or feed back in either locations. I’ll try to post an update here that will be a link to the latest PR in the mod’s github with the latest changes as a summary. The mod is still alive and being updated, no worries. Am currently working on rebalancing some overpowered stuff so there is that. Ok then, thank you for anyone still sticking around, happy gaming.

Is there anyway to disable survivor encampments? They seem way too full of loot and it always feels like I’m cheating when I take the stuff.

Also, are they overmap specials? Because I’m trying to get other ones to spawn
If they arent then I guess i’ll just avoid them.

Hi there. I’am new to C:DDA and this great mod. Should i just enable this mod itself? Do others here use any of the other mods that come with the experimental version alongside this? Do they use other mods that don’t come with the exper. version? I’am especially looking at the tilesets. Thanks!

Just a heads up, the updating to the latest experimental (8802) breaks the mod by having the “join” be an invalid mission function for the mission going to the Unknown Bunker.

I use the Game Launcher.
Was under the impression that it kept mods up to date as well.

Downloaded mod off GitHub, works fine in experimental.
Going to download all my other broken mods in that fashion as well.
