# Car won't move after I fixed it (Windows console 2031)

I found a car, all was good except broken wheels. Took wheels off another car and fixed em. Now nothing is broken but the safe/top speed still says 0/ 8. And if I get in it won’t budge.
Is it because Engine is red? I wouldn’t think so but hey who knows, might have changed?
And maybe because I replaced the 19" wheels with 14" wheels? But that still doesn’t make sense to me…

I suspect engine, as it’s what determines the top speed. Repair it or swap it.
