# Can't run the latest build of Cataclysm DDA Curses on Mac OS X

Hi friends,

Sorry to bother you again. I haven’t been able to play this game for months despite trying hard to overcome some hurdles. I have an iMac 2006 running OS X Lion and I’m getting the following error when running any of the recent Mac builds. If I enclose true in quotes on that one file, it complains about the same thing on other files.

I’ve also been trying to run Cataclysm DDA on OpenSUSE Tumbleweed but it complains at undefined functions in catacurses. Any ideas? Am I missing a specific package?

Sounds like you’re missing ncurses, or it isn’t being included properly.  
As for mods, remove the chest hole I dictators one to fix that error.
