# Can't recharge welders

After upgrading from 0.C-7839 to the latest experimental, Windows tiles, I can’t reload welders anymore - even with enough batteries in my inventory, it will always say “Out of batteries”.

Went back to 0.C-7839 and welders can be recharged again.

Same problem with charcoal smokers

It seems that loading an unloaded welder is fine, but loading a partially-loaded one doesn’t work.  
Looks like right now you have to unload the tool and then load it from zero.  
Doesn’t seem to affect guns.
