# Can't disassemble bean bag shells, .40 shells, among others

Why can’t I disassemble some of the more obscure ammo calibers? They’re not especially useful, and the powder and hulls would be better off elsewhere. But nope. Doesn’t work. Why?

i, too, would like to know this. while i haven’t yet gotten around to reloading i will eventually.

Because whoever made those calibers didn’t code the iuse for the bullet puller to include them.
