# "Blood" for Blood Effigy? (Arcana Mod)

Im trying to craft the Blood Effigy in the Arcana Mod, I have all of the ingredients and I drained some blood from a living creature’s corpse into a bottle because it says the effigy needs “blood (1)”. I have one unit of blood, but for some reason its still red in the components list when im trying to craft it.

did it specify what kind of blood? there’s mutant blood, human blood, and tainted blood

It did not, just blood. Is there a way for me to get a unit of my own blood, to test? I know how to use either the offering chalice or the silver knife from the sanguine order to start bleeding, but I don’t know of a way to put any of that blood into a container

Just wanted to pop in and say that the mod updated, and it now accepts several different types of blood so it’s no longer a problem.
