# Been a couple months since I played, can any one give me a quick run down of major changes?

Its been a while since I played, I see there has been some major changes and would be very appreciative of any one willing to give me a quick run down of any added mechanics or major changes since the last couple months.

cbm’s need a nightmare claw in the hospital to put in and take out  
many structures have layered basements  
npc’s do more than burn down forests and summon jabberwoks  
and fluff skeletons went from classic bone boys to nightmareish suits of living armor but retain bullet and knife immunity
