you just have to stop taking drugs till your withdrawl is over

Best way is to stock up on food and water and wait it out in safe location will take a few in game days depending on how bad the addiction is.  
Or live life on the edge and go around usual business while waiting out addictions ( with you stats badly impacted).  
Only way to get rid of the addictions is to go a few days without the drugs your addicted to.

We should really implement that as a consumable.
