A brief look int the crafting screen reveals that a lot of stuff got broken recently including

Some of Rivets Chems  
Some ammo recipes  
The terrible idea makeshift crowbar

The makeshift crowbar works just fine with me, what’s seems to be the problem?

I didn’t check the other items you mentioned tho.
