NPC decided to get her legs melted off. She decided the best way to fix this was to devour 12 antibiotics (all she had) and follow this up with an entire bottle of disinfectant, despite not having any condition these could remedy.

Irony. Stupid people actually do this in real life. Although I do agree it is indeed a bug.
