In short: this weapon is the most OP thing Cataclysm has. Everything is bullshit in compare to this weapon.  
Just spawn this rifle and an advanced UPS and shoot somewhere. You’ll get the idea.  
By the way, it’s capable to shoot THROUGH FUCKING WALLS.

I guess it’s just some code typo. It has properties of FTK-93 Fusion Gun, while using far more cheaper resource - energy.
