This driving book has a bit of mechanics, archery, electronics, and chemistry recipes. Interesting to note that I have a book with the exact name but it has none of the mismatched recipes in it.

Not a bug, its an anarchists cookbook hidden inside a AAA book. Both types spawn.

And if you’d read the description, you’d find that you’ve the Anonymous Anarchist’s Annual there. Trains driving to reduce the risk of giving itself away to folks who don’t bother looking at item descriptions, because they’re probably mindless minions of The Man!
