# 0.A-1300 win gfx: time dilation cbm consumes all bionic power

Activating the Time Dilation cbm reduces bionic power to 0 on activation regardless of stored bionic power.

Reproduction: get Time Dilation and some bionic power, activate Time Dilation, observe that stored power drops instantly to 0.

Yeah, the intended function of the time dilation bionic is that it consumes all of your power and then gives you ~1 free turn per bionic power it consumed.
