# \[0.9-2796-g0076a33\] 'U'nloading a modded weapon doesn't clear slots properly

You can reproduce by:

1. Create a rifle and attach a rifle scope.
2. Wield it and 'U’nload to remove the mod
3. Try to put the scope back on and be unable to because that slot is filled

If you instead remove the attachment by 'a’ctivating the gun, it does clear the slot correctly.

Wait, the mod comes off when you 'U’nload your gun?

Like … if I want to swap ammo for higher penetration I gotta put my whole damn gun back together after? lol

Only if the gun and attachments are already unloaded. 😉 You needn’t fear your Pyke coming off because you swapped .223 for 5.56.
