# \[0.7.1\] Morale boost for using cigarettes without a lighter

Attempting to use a cigar, marijuana or cigarette without a lighter/matchbook yields the “You need a lighter!” message. However, applying it this way still gives the usual morale boost (up to 72 from all three, extremely easy to abuse). The item is not consumed upon use.

It is good item highly convenient to use…I am still using it…

What does the ‘[0.7.1]’ in the title mean? If that’s the game version (from sometime last year?) we don’t have the programmer resources to backport fixes outside a small window after a rease, all fixes and new features/content appear in the experimental version.
